SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped via USPS Mail and it takes anywhere from 2-7 days in transit but is not guaranteed.

Most items take 3-5 days processing time, we suggest placing an order at least 2 weeks before needed. Please contact us directly at starling.rose@outlook.com to discuss a time sensitive order.

When your package is shipped, you will be provided a tracking # via email. We can not be held responsible for how the package will be handled by USPS. The buyer assumes all risk. No refunds will be issued for damages that occur in the hands of the mail carrier.
We are NOT responsible for shipping delays. Delays may happen due to lost packages, bad weather or Holidays. No refunds will be issued.
RETURN POLICY
All returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. if you have a missing, or incorrect item(s) upon receiving your delivery please contact us at starling.rose@outlook.com so that we can evaluate your case. Please keep all the contents of the package in place and take photos of the damaged parcel in order to file a claim.
